1.  General.   By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this web site.  Please be aware that when buying goods on the Internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please note all prices shown are in GBP Sterling.

2.  Orders.   All orders are subject to availability. We will e-mail or telephone you if a product is out of stock and offer a full refund or inform you when we expect to re-stock. Orders will be dispatched when complete unless you ask specifically for part orders to be dispatched.

We may offer a substitute product and if you decide to accept the substitute and find it unsatisfactory, we will refund the cost of return postage.

3.  Cancellations.  You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order.  This period runs from the day the order is placed to the day after you receive your order. 

4.  Delivery.   We will deliver goods anywhere in the world. Deliveries are subject to the postal conditions for the recipient country. Delivery dates can only be guaranteed in the UK subject to the terms and conditions of Royal Mail.
Customers paying by cheque, the products will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared.

5.  Credit card security.   Credit card transactions are handled by WorldPay through their secure web server. We do not hold your credit card details and never see your card details.

6.  Data Protection and Privacy policy.   We will only retain name and address details and products purchased for our own reference and for your ease of re-ordering by telephone. Your e-mail address will be used to notify you of special offers and new products available. Your telephone number will only be used to contact you regarding your order. The delivery address given is used only for the purpose of delivering your products. Linda Briggs.co.uk does not disclose customers' information to a third party.

7.  Postage & Packing.   The current postage rates will appear on the web site and may be revised from time to time in accordance with Royal Mail price increases.

8.  Misuse of products.   Products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Product brands should not be mixed. Any problems caused by not following the manufacturer's instructions are not the responsibility of LindaBriggs.co.uk.

9.  Returns and complaints.   Unopened and sealed products can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. Postage will not be refunded.

10.  Damaged in transit.  Products in the UK are posted by Special Delivery and any damage to goods should be recoverable from Royal Mail. Please return all damaged goods immediately including packaging and a note of the return postage and how you think the damage occurred. A photograph would be very useful. Royal Mail may require a signed statement from you. A full refund can be given or the goods replaced.

Overseas damage in transit is subject to the conditions of the carrier in that country.
